Strategist, project builder and bridge between education and the world of work. Michelle has years of experience managing European-funded projects, mainly Erasmus+ but also ESF and Creative Europe, from first application through to delivery and budget control.

In local government she led youth and adult programmes and headed Careers, Enterprise and Skills, connecting schools, young people and employers. She designed and ran workshops, conferences and high-profile events with international reach, including one week of digital and in-person events that drew more than 2,500 attendees. Her work on employability opened young people's eyes to apprenticeships, jobs, training and further education, and created real opportunities through partnerships with businesses and external stakeholders.

She founded POP HUB to keep doing what she does best: turning ideas into opportunities for young people.

Researcher, educator and believer in learning that happens outside the classroom. Mariana started out bridging science, entrepreneurship and society in academia, and since 2015 she has worked with young people from across Europe and beyond, seeing first-hand how much changes when people swap cultures and ideas.

Having taken part in more than 12 training courses and youth exchanges, studied at several universities and lived in different countries, she now advises companies, researchers and NGOs, and builds the partnerships that keep POP HUB connected. Her focus is helping youth workers make a bigger, more positive difference in a changing world.

Storyteller, creative and cross-cultural connector. Sara knows Erasmus+ from the inside, having taken part in projects as a participant, and has managed social media for both personal brands and businesses. Working and studying abroad taught her how to live and collaborate across cultures.

Her roots are in dance and the arts: she has facilitated classes in formal and non-formal settings and run workshops and shows for diverse audiences. At POP HUB she brings that creative energy to managing projects and telling their story online.

Psychologist, listener and champion of people. Patricia holds a master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and looks after the growth and wellbeing of POP HUB's team and members. She brings her psychological expertise to projects that empower young people, promote inclusion and build healthier, more supportive communities.
