- Project Initiation and Management – Coordination set up; Consortium establishment; Strategy drawing; Agenda settings; Budget control; Proposal writing and submission to relevant funding agencies.

- Structure and Conduct Written Research – Planning and conception of research and needs analysis for both pre and post project approval; Development of research methodologies and identification of available data; Mapping of current practices, and identification of relevant content; Collection of results and benchmarking; Analysis of findings and production of quality research outputs.
3. DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Product Design and Development – Ideation; Definition of output needs and development of initial concept; Market research and structure development; Design and implementation of interactive resources including but not limited to manuals, handbooks, toolkits etc.
4. ACTIVATE NETWORKS
- Development of Networks and Partnerships – Anticipate and identify possible partnerships with potential to implement solutions in a given project or initiative; Assistance in coordinating relevant stakeholders and entities; Development of networking tools and strategies.
5. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND EVALUATION
- Evaluation – Data collection, quantitative and qualitive results analysis; Project internal and external evaluation in order to guarantee quality and success delivery.
6. DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION
- Dissemination Opportunities – To identify and pursue opportunities to disseminate and share information on the evolution of the project and its adherence to the overall objectives; To identify Target Audiences; To clearly identify channels, methods and messages to reach, engage and trigger engaging with stakeholders; Graphic Identity and Guidelines; Creation of logos; templates and resources; Planning of exploitation activities such as training, workshops, seminars, plenaries and conferences.
