Michelle Rebelo
With extensive experience in managing European Funded Projects, mainly Erasmus+, but also ESF and Creative Europe. Michelle worked for several years in local authorities, leading in the strategic and operational management of youth and adult programmes as well as day to day management whilst applying, implementing and taking budgetary control overall. As project Coordinator also designed and delivered workshops, conferences, seminars, and high-profile events around education, careers, and adults & young people with international reach. She led a team and managed the Careers, Enterprise and Skills focusing mainly on the youth and business engagement agenda, she initiated her experience in delivering high quality digital and physical events aimed at inspiring young people and the education community exceeding 2500 attendees in one week. She also contributed to several projects in parallel focusing on employability (world of work and job readiness) improving young people’s awareness of the world of apprenticeships, employment, training and further education. Her strategic work led to the successful development of youth-oriented initiatives creating real life opportunities for young people through inspiring and innovative opportunities involving external stakeholders, whilst proactively exploring new avenues and routes for education business partnerships.
